Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Voxnoto offers a Free Plan. The Free Plan is not a time-limited trial and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.

The current Free Plan includes:

• up to 10 minutes of transcription per day;
• up to 3 translations;
• 1 summary;
• up to 2 GB of storage; and
• no access to the meeting bot.

Voxnoto may change Free Plan limits prospectively. Current limits are displayed in the Service.

No payment will be taken solely because a user has a Free Plan.

Voxnoto may offer recurring subscriptions and one-time purchases.

The product, price, billing period, renewal terms, included features, limits, and applicable taxes are displayed before the user completes a purchase.

2.1 Monthly Premium

The standard Monthly Premium pricing is:

• USD $14.99 for the first month; and
• USD $29.99 per month thereafter.

Unless cancelled, Monthly Premium automatically renews after the first billing period at USD $29.99 per month and continues to renew monthly until cancelled.

Before the user completes the purchase, the checkout must clearly disclose both the introductory price and the subsequent recurring price.

By purchasing Monthly Premium, the user authorizes Voxnoto and its payment processor to charge the applicable recurring fee until the subscription is cancelled.

2.2 Quarterly Premium

The standard Quarterly Premium price is:

• USD $27.99 per three-month billing period.

Where Quarterly Premium is offered as a recurring subscription, it renews every three months until cancelled. The renewal status and applicable renewal price are displayed before purchase.

2.3 Promotional and Retention Offers

Voxnoto may offer eligible users promotional, introductory, or retention offers, including offers presented during the cancellation flow.

Such offers may be limited to one use per account.

The price, duration, renewal status, and other material conditions of an offer will be displayed before the user accepts it.

Voxnoto will not charge an amount or start a recurring payment obligation that was not clearly disclosed before acceptance.

2.4 Lifetime Access

Voxnoto may offer a one-time Lifetime Access purchase for USD $199.

Lifetime Access:

• is a one-time purchase;
• does not automatically renew; and
• does not create a recurring payment obligation.

“Lifetime” refers to access to the applicable Voxnoto service for as long as Voxnoto continues to operate and make that service generally available. It does not mean the natural lifetime of an individual and does not guarantee that Voxnoto will operate indefinitely.

The features and limits included with Lifetime Access are those shown at the time of purchase.

2.5 One-Off Transcription

Voxnoto may offer a one-time transcription purchase for USD $2.99.

A one-off transcription purchase:

• is not a subscription;
• does not automatically renew; and
• applies to the one-off transcription described at checkout.

Any file-size, duration, format, or other technical limits applicable to the one-off transcription are shown before purchase.

Payments are processed through an authorized payment provider, currently Stripe.

For recurring subscriptions, the user authorizes Voxnoto and its payment processor to charge the disclosed recurring amount at the disclosed billing interval until the subscription is cancelled.

The user's bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply currency conversion, foreign transaction, or other charges that are outside Voxnoto's control.

If a recurring payment fails, Voxnoto may retry the payment or restrict paid functionality as permitted by law.

A recurring subscription may be cancelled at any time through the available account or billing controls.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of cancellation:

1. cancellation prevents the next recurring renewal;
2. cancellation does not end the already-paid billing period early;
3. Premium access continues until the end of that already-paid period; and
4. when the paid period ends, the account becomes a Free account unless another paid arrangement applies.

Cancelling a subscription does not delete the user's account or automatically delete stored User Content.

If the account exceeds Free Plan limits after downgrade, some functionality may become unavailable until the user reduces usage or purchases paid access again.

During the cancellation process, an eligible user may be offered a one-time 30-day Premium extension, which may be described in the Service as a cancellation pause.

If the user accepts this option:

1. the user's current already-paid Premium period continues until its normal end date;
2. no additional subscription renewal payment is charged at the end of that paid period;
3. immediately after the paid period ends, the user receives 30 additional days of Premium access at no charge;
4. the subscription does not automatically reactivate after those 30 free days;
5. Voxnoto does not automatically charge the user merely because the 30-day extension ends; and
6. when the free 30-day extension ends, the account becomes a Free account unless the user affirmatively purchases paid access again.

The 30-day cancellation pause is available only once per account unless Voxnoto expressly states otherwise.

The cancellation pause is separate from the 30-day first-payment money-back guarantee described below.

In addition to any mandatory rights provided by applicable law, Voxnoto offers a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee on the first payment made through an account.

The guarantee:

• applies only to the first payment made through that account;
• may be used only once per account;
• must be requested within 30 days after the date of the first payment; and
• must be requested by email to [email protected].

Under the current policy, “first payment” means the first successfully completed paid transaction on the account and is not limited to a particular product category.

Accordingly, where the relevant transaction is the account's first payment, the guarantee may apply to:

• a Monthly Premium payment;
• a Quarterly Premium payment;
• a Lifetime Access purchase; or
• a one-off transcription purchase.

The guarantee does not create a right to refunds for subsequent payments.

When an eligible refund under the voluntary 30-day first-payment guarantee is processed:

• the relevant paid entitlement or subscription is terminated;
• Premium or other paid access associated with that payment may end immediately when the refund is processed;
• the account may remain available on the Free Plan where applicable; and
• the refund is returned to the original payment method where reasonably possible.

The time required for a refunded amount to appear depends on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer and is outside Voxnoto's direct control.

Refunding a payment does not automatically delete the user's account or User Content.

Except for:

• the voluntary 30-day first-payment money-back guarantee;
• statutory withdrawal rights;
• mandatory refund, conformity, warranty, or other remedies required by applicable law; or
• an express written commitment by Voxnoto,

payments are non-refundable.

Cancelling a recurring subscription does not by itself create a right to a refund for an already-paid billing period.

Failure to use the Service during an already-paid period does not by itself create a right to a refund.

If a user is a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, the user may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, subject to applicable law and statutory exceptions.

This statutory right is separate from Voxnoto's voluntary 30-day first-payment money-back guarantee.

Where applicable law permits performance to begin during the withdrawal period, Voxnoto may ask the consumer to expressly request that performance begin immediately.

If a consumer lawfully withdraws after requesting that a service begin during the withdrawal period, the consumer may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service supplied before the withdrawal, where permitted by applicable law.

For digital content supplied other than on a tangible medium, applicable law may provide that the right of withdrawal is lost once supply begins where the consumer has given the legally required prior express consent and acknowledged the resulting loss of the withdrawal right.

Where such consent or acknowledgement is legally required, Voxnoto will request it separately.

Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer right.

Where required by applicable law, Voxnoto will provide consumers with a clear and easily accessible electronic function for submitting a statutory withdrawal request for an eligible distance contract.

After a withdrawal request is submitted electronically, Voxnoto will provide confirmation of receipt on a durable medium as required by law.

A consumer may also contact [email protected] to exercise a withdrawal right where email is permitted by applicable law.

The electronic withdrawal function concerns statutory withdrawal rights and is separate from the ordinary subscription cancellation flow and from the voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee.

Cancelling a subscription and deleting an account are different actions.

Cancelling a subscription:

• stops future subscription renewal as described in this Policy;
• does not automatically delete the account; and
• does not automatically delete stored User Content.

Deleting an account:

• closes the account; and
• initiates deletion of User Content from active systems, subject to the Voxnoto Privacy Policy and any legally required retention.

Deleted data may remain in backups for up to 30 days before those backups are overwritten or deleted.

Voxnoto may change prices prospectively.

A pricing structure that was clearly disclosed before purchase, such as USD $14.99 for the first month followed by USD $29.99 per month, is not treated as a later price increase merely because the introductory billing period ends.

If Voxnoto later changes the recurring price of an existing subscription, advance notice will be provided where required by applicable law.

Where applicable law requires the user's consent to a new recurring price, Voxnoto will obtain that consent.

A user may cancel before a new recurring price becomes effective.

Prices may be subject to VAT, sales tax, or other taxes depending on the user's location, tax status, and applicable law.

Where Voxnoto is required to collect tax, the applicable amount will be disclosed or calculated as required by law.

Business customers may purchase Voxnoto through self-service checkout, invoice, an Order Form, or a separate written agreement.

If an Order Form, Enterprise Agreement, or other separately signed contract contains payment, cancellation, renewal, or refund terms that conflict with this Policy, the separately agreed terms control for that business customer.

If a user believes a payment was charged incorrectly, the user should contact [email protected] promptly so that Voxnoto can investigate.

Nothing in this Policy restricts any legal right the user may have to dispute an unauthorized or otherwise unlawful payment through a payment provider, bank, card issuer, regulator, or other competent authority.

Voxnoto may update this Policy from time to time.

Changes apply prospectively.

Material changes affecting an existing recurring subscription will be communicated in advance where required by law.

Voxnoto will not use an update to this Policy to retroactively convert a one-time purchase into a recurring subscription.
