AI meeting minutes, written while you talk
Send voxnoto to your stand-ups, planning and all-hands. Everyone joins the discussion, and nobody has to take the minutes.

AI meeting minutes are a written record of what a meeting decided, produced without anyone typing during the call. voxnoto joins your meeting, writes everything down, and turns it into minutes your team can read in a minute.
Sound familiar?
Someone always has to take notes, and misses half the discussion.
People who missed the call ask the same questions again.
Decisions get lost between one meeting and the next.
How voxnoto helps
Add the bot to your Zoom, Teams or Google Meet call.
Everyone takes part, no designated note-taker.
Share the minutes: decisions, owners, open questions. Translate them if your team isn't all in one language.

What goes into good meeting minutes
Decisions, one line each. Not the discussion that led to them, the conclusion. Anyone reading a month later needs the outcome, not the debate.
Owners and dates. A decision without a name attached is a decision nobody made. Minutes should say who does what, and by when.
Open questions. What the meeting failed to settle is as useful as what it settled. It becomes the agenda for the next one.
A link to the full transcript. Minutes are short by design. When someone disputes a detail, the transcript settles it.
Which recording method fits your meetings
Video calls. Send the bot to Zoom, Teams or Google Meet. It joins as a visible participant, so everyone sees the meeting is being recorded.
Meetings in a room. Open voxnoto in your browser on a laptop or phone and hit record. Put the device in the middle of the table.
Meetings you couldn't attend. Ask a colleague for the recording and upload it, audio or video, up to 8 hours.
Who reads the minutes, and what they need
People who were there want the decisions and their own action items. They read the summary and nothing else.
People who missed it want the context too, why the decision went that way. They read the summary, then skim the transcript.
People who join the project later want the record. For them, a searchable archive of past meetings replaces a week of onboarding calls.
Sending the minutes
- Send them the same day. Minutes that arrive on Friday for a Monday meeting change nothing.
- Put the decisions and owners at the top, before any discussion notes.
- Translate them if part of the team works in another language.
- Keep the transcript in the same place, so anyone can check the detail.
Before you record a meeting
Tell people at the start that the meeting is being recorded. The bot is visible in the participant list, but a spoken heads-up is the norm and, in many countries and US states, a requirement.
Recordings are private by default: only the account holder can open them. Share the minutes, not the raw recording, unless there's a reason to.
Questions and answers
What are AI meeting minutes?
A written record of a meeting's decisions and next steps, produced automatically from the recording.
How are minutes different from a transcript?
A transcript is every word. Minutes are the decisions, owners and open questions, in a form people actually read.
Can I translate minutes for an international team?
Yes. Translate the minutes into the language your team reads.
Does everyone need an account?
No. Only the person who sends the bot.
How big can my files be?
On Premium you can upload files up to 8 hours long and run several at once. The free plan gives you 10 minutes of transcription a day: longer files are transcribed up to that daily limit.
Can it transcribe Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams calls?
It can. Our bot joins and records your meetings on Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Webex, then hands back a full transcript with each speaker labeled once the call is over. Ideal for remote teams, educators and anyone in back-to-back calls.
